What happens if McDonald's doesn't deliver your order? ›

We're sorry we could not get you your order. To report and resolve any issues, first identify who was handling your delivery—Uber Eats or DoorDash. Check the bottom of the receipt in your email to find out the vendor. Please contact Uber Eats at 866-987-3744 or DoorDash at 833-510-0332.

You need to be within the radius from one of our restaurants for McDonald's to appear on the app. The best way to check if you fall within the radius, would be to download the Wolt or Bolt Food apps, add your address and search for McDonald's.

We strive to deliver your orders as soon as possible, however it should reach you within a maximum of 40 minutes. We are sorry to hear that, please call us on 02266000666 and we will resolve it ASAP.

The same is true of smaller and quicker-to-complete orders, like if you're just getting a coffee and a sandwich delivered from Starbucks or a fast-food restaurant like McDonald's. Orders under $10 are totally fine to not tip by total percentage, with $2-4 per small order being a perfectly adequate tip.

Send them a polite email or a message through the platform where you made the purchase. Sometimes, sellers might have a good reason for not responding, but they'll likely get back to you if they realize you're persistent. Additionally, check the seller's reviews and ratings on the platform.

If we have already taken payment for your McDelivery order, we will refund you as soon as possible but in any case, we aim to provide a refund within seven (7) days. 3.12 McDelivery orders are for your own consumption only. We do not set time limits on completing orders due to the vastly different busy periods, types of orders and special requests from customers that our crew see each day.

If you place an order for table service or delivery to curbside and you're not there to collect your order, we will keep the food for a maximum of 20 minutes. Once the 20 minutes lapse, your order will be lost without replacement or refund.

What if my order arrives late? ›

Tell the seller that what has happened to your order is "a breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015" if you either: told the seller the delivery date was essential and they didn't meet it. agreed with the seller a delivery date which wasn't essential, and a second delivery date also wasn't met.

Get in Contact With Your Bank or Credit Union

After some time has passed, if the company or seller has not reached back out to you or is ignoring you while you have still not received your order, now would be the time to take it up with your bank or credit card company.

Check the delivery address you gave the seller. Then contact them and ask where your order is. If the seller claims they've delivered it or don't know where it is, you can ask for a redelivery. You might be able to get a refund in some circ*mstances.

There are a few possible explanations if your delivery process says “out for delivery” but you don't receive the package. The most likely explanation is that the package was misdirected and is being delivered to the wrong final destination address.
